Sensei Brad Hamel and his instructor Shihan Greg Lazarus
Sensei Brad Hamel has
been training in karate since 1983 and holds a 5th degree black belt in
Shorin-Ryu Matsumura Karate. Sensei Hamel is well known for his
Women's self-defense classes, Kobudo or traditional weapons training
and holds an International Police Instructor certificate. He has
traveled to Okinawa to train with the masters many times.
Sensei Hamel's instructor is Shihan Greg Lazarus, Shihan Lazarus, holds a rank of7th Dan and is a
personal student of Hanshi Fusei Kise. As well as having been appointed
as the Eastern US Director for the OMSKKF by Hanshi Kise, he is the
Chief Instructor of Dover Kenshin Kan Karate Dojo located in Dover, NH.
